ICE RING - How to Use

Step 1 — Cool it down
Place it in ice water for 15 minutes, or in the freezer for 25 minutes.
If neither is available, cold air from an air conditioner or chilled water from a dispenser can also be used.

Step 2 — Wear it
Wear it around your neck and enjoy instant cooling relief.
