REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

1. Refund and Exchange Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.kamelo.com.au. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and exchanges are processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we happily offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions apply: 

• The product must be new, in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A restocking fee of $9.95 may be applied.

3. Faulty or Defective Products: If a product is found to be faulty or defective (other than from negligence or misuse), you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair. This policy includes:

• Reporting the issue within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the fault.
• Providing proof of purchase.
• Returning the product for assessment.

4. Exclusions: Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available for respirators, masks, glasses, and NBR/PPG gloves due to health and hygiene reasons, or if the item has been used or damaged by the customer.

• Provide your proof of purchase and details of the request.
• Allow time for our team to review and investigate the matter before confirmation. 

6. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to be reflected in your account as per the timeframe provided to you by your bank or credit institution.

7. Consumer Guarantees: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If a product does not meet the consumer guarantees outlined in the law, you are entitled to a remedy as deemed appropriate by the law.
