- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we happily offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions apply:
- The product must be new, in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of $9.95 may be applied.
- Faulty or Defective Products: If a product is found to be faulty or defective (other than from negligence or misuse), you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair. This policy includes:
- Reporting the issue within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the fault.
- Providing proof of purchase.
- Returning the product for assessment.
- Exclusions: Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available for respirators, masks, glasses, and NBR/PPG gloves due to health and hygiene reasons, or if the item has been used or damaged by the customer.
