KameLo Jumbo Summer Head Cooling Pad for Hard Hats & Helmets 18°C PCM
The KameLo KCP002-HJ Jumbo Summer Head Cooling Pad is designed to provide refreshing, reusable cooling inside hard hats, helmets and outdoor headwear.
Made with 18°C phase-change material (PCM), the pad absorbs heat as the PCM gradually changes from a solid to a softer state. Once the cooling effect has reduced, simply cool the pad again and it is ready to reuse—no charging, batteries or electricity required.

Step 1 — Cool the Pad
Cool the pad until the PCM has fully solidified.
- Ice water: Approximately 10 minutes
- Freezer: Approximately 25 minutes
Step 2 — Insert into Your Headgear
Wipe away any excess moisture, then place the cooled pad inside your hard hat, helmet or outdoor hat.
Step 3 — Wear and Stay Cool
Put on your headgear and enjoy refreshing cooling comfort. When the pad softens and the cooling effect reduces, simply cool it again before reuse.
APPROXIMATE COOLING DURATION
- At 25°C: Approximately 90 minutes
- At 30°C: Approximately 70 minutes
- At 35°C: Approximately 50 minutes
