The KameLo 812-YL/WL is a short-cuff premium leather glove designed for TIG welding, metal fabrication and general workshop tasks.

Premium leather provides a secure grip and flexible hand movement, while premium suede leather offers additional abrasion resistance and protection. High-wear areas around the palm and between the thumb and index finger are reinforced with layered leather to help improve durability.

An adjustable Velcro wrist closure provides a secure fit and helps reduce the entry of dust and debris. The interior features a 100% cotton lining to absorb perspiration and provide greater comfort during use.

Available in two colour options:

  • 812-YL: Yellow
  • 812-WL: White

Iā€™ve been using the 812-YL gloves from Kamelo Safety at work as a boilermaker apprentice, and theyā€™ve been excellent. Theyā€™re comfortable to wear all day, have a great grip, and still let me handle tools and materials without feeling bulky. Theyā€™ve held up really well in a tough workshop environment and seem very durable. Overall, theyā€™ve been reliable and have quickly become my go-to work gloves. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work gloves.

I've been looking for the perfect glove for years - something I can use around the property for grounds maintenance, mechanical work etc...and I finally found them. However...the quality of the wrist cinch closure is sub-par to the rest of the glove. Surely with current Hook and Loop technology you could make an excellent glove, absolutely awesome!

Fast delivery and good communication. The gloves are well made and not as bulky and restrictive as full welding gloves - I haven't grabbed anything 'hot' with them yet but the cotton lining should offer more heat resistance than single layer rigger's gloves.

Glad I can finally get these gloves in Australia without asking my mate to bring them back from Korea. Best gloves I've ever worn super comfy and doesn't get in the way when I've got the welder going.
